Quantity Surveyor-Backlog Maintenance

The Trust does not have an internal team of Quantity Surveyors or Cost Managers to support the individual projects which make up the Backlog Programme therefore, these services are currently procured on a project-by-project basis. This procurement is a coordinated and efficient approach to commission the services of a Quantity Surveyor over a 5-year contract, which should deliver the following benefits:
