Project Overview

The appointed Project Manager shall provide full end-to-end project management services for the refurbishment and reconfiguration of our recently acquired commercial building.

The objective is to deliver a safe, compliant, fully operational workplace ready for occupation by February 2027.

The building has undergone initial surveys for which CPC can provide reports and other information as required. Initial engagement with utility providers has commenced regarding the provision of dual electricity and water supplies. Once appointed, the Project Manager will finalise and manage these applications and associated works to completion.
