Description
Central Bedfordshire Council has appointed Matrix SCM Limited as its Managed Service Provider under the ESPO MSTAR4 Framework to deliver a neutral vendor solution for the management and supply of temporary agency workers across the Council. The service includes workforce resourcing, systems integration, agency supply chain management, and support for hard-to-fill, interim and specialist recruitment requirement
