CBC-2179-W-26323-SM Mancroft Road Enabling Works

The contract is for the provision of enabling works and limited construction activities at Mancroft Road to support the proposed development of 18 new affordable homes.

The works will include initial site preparation, clearance and associated enabling activities required to commence development in accordance with the existing planning approval.

This is a time-limited contract intended to facilitate the commencement of development and protect the existing planning permission. The main construction works will be subject to a separate procurement exercise.
