CCS PM and Design Ottawa Residence Refurbishment

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office are seeking Design and Project management Services for RIBA stages 2-7 through the Construction Professional Services - RM6165

The Project involves the refurbishment of the High Commissioner's Residence, including internal, external and landscaping works.

The Project objectives include:

• Design and deliver a solution based on the various investigation and feasibility reports to provide a long term, fit for purpose Residence.
• Provide a focus on sustainability and environmental solutions.
• Provide design solutions that support on-going maintenance.
• Provide a solution which can be implemented whilst the office and gatehouse remain fully operational.
• Provide programme certainty.
