The Contract is in 4 Lots:
Lot 1 - Birmingham
Lot 2 - North
Lot 3 - South East
Lot 4 - South West
Suppliers can tender for all Lots, but only a maximum of 2 Lots ( subject to receiving at least 4 compliant tenders) will be awarded to any one Supplier.
The Tenders will be evaluated in the order of Lot 1, Lot 4, Lot 2 and then Lot 3.
The contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract 2024, the payment mechanism will be a bespoke M3NHF Schedule of Rates Version 8 and archetype pricing.
