Centralised Health Based Place of Safety (CHBPoS) – furniture to kit out new unit

Specialist furniture to kit out our new Centralised Health Based Place of Safety (CHBPoS). Two assessment rooms (12 chairs and 2 coffee tables), patient lounge / diner (two-seater sofa, rocking chair, arm chair and coffee table, dining table and six chairs), and extra care area (calming bench chair).

Furniture needs to be robust and weighted to withstand a challenging and demanding mental health environment. Meet clinical, moving and handling, infection prevention and control, and facilities management standards. Be comfortable to support therapeutic recovery of patients. Final goods selected following testing with patients and staff.
