Description
The project will identify, recommend and implement the most effective integrated digital solution for planning (both strategic & service level), performance, risk management and internal audit follow-up.
This integrated digital solution will support continuous improvement by effectively managing planning, performance, risk, internal audit follow-up and corresponding actions across the organisation.
It will also support statutory compliance for performance management policy and strategy, risk management policy and strategy, internal audit and overall improved reporting, ultimately enabling better decision-making and service delivery
