Fife Council requires a supplier to provide the following service.
-Fire risk assessments for multi-occupancy buildings on an annual basis.
-Fire systems testing for multi-occupancy buildings including fire alarms and lighting.
-Asbestos monitoring management for all premises
-Legionella management for multi-occupancy buildings
