Lots (3)
| Lot | Title | Value |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Flat RoofingLot 1 is intended to deliver a robust, compliant and manufacturer supported approach to flat roofing, which represent some of the highest risk building components in housing due to water ingress, structural complexity, and linkage to damp and mould. The aim is to ensure that all flat roofing works, whether reactive repairs, planned maintenance, or full replacement projects are undertaken safely to a standard that protects the building fabric over the full lifecycle of the roof. | — |
| 2 | Pitched RoofingLot 2 is focused on maintaining and replacing traditional pitched roofing, essential in weatherproofing, ventilation, durability and visual character of homes. The aim is to ensure pitched roofs are kept in good repair and upgraded where necessary, while preserving system integrity and compliance. | — |
| 3 | Specialist RoofingLot 3 exists to address roofing systems that require specialist design expertise, manufacturer accreditation and advanced technical capability. The aim is to support members in providing repair and installations of specialist roofing systems such as Blue (Water attenuation) & Green (Green planted bio) Roofs. | — |
