Children's Rights and Advocacy

Tameside Metropolitan Borough Children's Rights and Advocacy service. The service will comprise of Children's Right's Service in which the Provider will provide issue-based advocacy support via a referral model. Residential visits will also be conducted on a planned and regular basis, ensuring all Tameside cared for children, both in and placed outside of the borough are aware of and have advocacy access. The provider will also deliver the Independent Visitors service in which trained volunteers befriend suitably matched cared for children.
