Description
North East Derbyshire District Council are seeking a Principal Contractor to undertake the completion of the Bailey Square Development works in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, which have been partially constructed under a previous contract.
The site is located off Broadleys (S45 PJE) and forms part of the NEDDC Town Centre Regeneration project.
