CO0152 Driver Improvement Training Services

Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for

the provision of driver improvement courses. The National Driver Offender Re-Training

Scheme (NDORS) and other SERP (Safer Essex Roads Partnership) driving interventions

require suitable qualified instructors/trainers to facilitate the delivery of education and

training courses. These courses are a blend of theory and practical delivered at venues and

online throughout the Essex Police force area (this comprises the administrative areas of

ECC, Thurrock Council and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council).
