The strategic objectives of this procurement are to: - To create a space that encourages visitors to the museum to dwell in the city following their visit. - To provide a hub for residents in and around Perth to gather and feel connected to their community. - To maximise on the opportunities afforded by the purpose-built café space, creating an inspiring and welcoming environment that will promote both the concession and the museum and its focus on the provision of an exceptional visitor experience. - To provide our visitors (local, national, and international) with an exceptional culinary experience that celebrates local and Scottish produce and suppliers,. through targeting a 100% Scottish supplier base and, for products that can be grown or produced in Scotland, 80% of food and drink from Scottish growers and producers. - To provide an income stream which supports the long term sustainability of this free to visit museum. | — |
