Description
This tender is to appoint a main supplier for the construction of a new single storey (with attic storage) Village Hall and football changing facilities at the Recreation Ground, Whitcross, Barwick, Yeovil, Somerset BA22 9TQ
Works include building construction, utilities, external areas, and access/parking provision all as detailed and described in the attached documents. The hall is intended as a flexible, multiuse facility supporting community groups, the Parish Council, wellbeing activities, small events, family programmes, and general local services, with additional provision of changing room facilities for teams and officials for the adjacent football pitch.
The tender process is a below-threshold Open Procedure (single-stage).
The contract will be a JCT intermediate contract with Contractor Design Portion applicable in respect of some elements as defined in the accompanying documents.
The project has full planning approval 22/03289/FUL
