CONSULTANCY SERVICES: PRIDE IN PLACE (ROWNER) REGENERATION & INVESTMENT PLAN

The project requires consultancy support to develop and deliver a regeneration strategy and investment plan for the Pride in Place Programme.

GBC is the Accountable Body for the PiPP and is providing support to the newly established Rowner Neighbourhood Board. The PiPP requirements and timeframe set out that Boards must submit their 10-year regeneration plan and 4-year investment plan to MHCLG by 30 November.

Both the Board and the Council will work with an external consultant to inform and collaborate on the development of the Regeneration Strategy and Investment Plan.
