Description

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC) wishes to use this Planned Procurement Notice as notification of the revised tender timescales of the proposed multi-Lot Minor Works Open Framework, due to be published in early December 2026.

NPTCBC also wishes to update the Lot categories as follows:

  1. Roofing;
  2. Specialist Flooring;
  3. Scaffolding;
  4. Mechanical

a) Air-conditioning & Ventilation;

b) Heating & Welding;

c) Plumbing;

  1. Electrical;
  2. General Minor Works below £50,000;
  3. General Minor Works between £50,000 and £250,000;
  4. Demolition;
  5. Fencing & Handrailing;
  6. Glazing;

(please note that the above list may be subject to change prior to the tender going live).

We also wish to thank all suppliers who attended the Meet The Buyer event at Blanco's Hotel & Restaurant on the morning of Wednesday 2nd September 2026 as part of the Preliminary Market Engagement opportunity.
