Refurbishment to External Windows, Doors and Fascias at Elm Grove, Kingsclere

VIVID is seeking to employ a Principal Contractor to undertake the refurbishment works to a Listed property at Elm Grove, Kingsclere, Newbury, RG20 5RD. The works includes the repairs, cleaning and decorating of all external windows and doors to the Elm Grove building. This will include the following:

• Remove and replace putty, rub down and redecorate.
• Repairs to windows and doors where timber decay is evident.
• Repairs or replacement of sash cords and weights, where required.
• Repair or replace fixings, handles or bolts as required.
• Internal and external redecorations.
