Description
The Council seeks to appoint a Delivery and Management Partner (Concession Services) pursuant to the Procurement Act 2023, to work in partnership with the Council (the "Contracting Authority") to design, procure, and subsequently manage a National Construction Works Framework as defined by and compliant with the Procurement Act 2023.
