Delivery of Passive Fire and Associated Work Framework

Provision of passive fire safety works and mechanical & electrical fire services amongst Peabody properties.

Works to be called-off on a case-by-case basis in respect of passive fire works as recommended in Peabody Trust's FRAs or otherwise to improve the safety of existing buildings.

Works to be carried out under this Framework include but not limited to: Full door set renewals, Door upgrades, Full compartmentation work (all passive fireworks), Class O painting upgrades, Fire Certification , Signage .
