Delta Wellbeing review

Work was required to provide detailed understanding of the impact and value for money that the setting up of Llesiant Delta Well- Being as a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC) has had on Carmarthenshire

County Council residents, with particular reference to the value of Delta within the broader health and social care system, the Council’s Contact Centre and out of hours/emergency responses.

Providing clarity, based on the above, what the future purpose, focus and sustainability of the Company will need to be in order to secure maximum impact for the residents of Carmarthenshire the Council itself.
