Development of New Build Council Housing at Trawscoed, Llandrinio, Powys

Powys County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor (or a group of contractors acting as a consortium) to develop 24 units of new build council housing on a green field site adjacent to Trawscoed, Llandrinio, Llanymynech, Powys.

The scheme comprises of the following house types:

• x6 1-bed walk-up flats
• x4 2-bed walk-up flats
• x5 2-bed bungalows
• x1 4-bed dormer bungalow
• x4 2-bed houses
• x4 3-bed houses

The scheme has been designed to meet Welsh Development Quality Requirements 2021 (WDQR 2021), Secured by Design Gold and Lifetime Homes. The dwellings have been designed to meet EPC A rating.
