Appointment of a suitably qualified supplier to develop a comprehensive, Cabinet ready Business Case for Langarth Garden Village. The commission will provide strategic, economic, commercial, financial and management case analysis to support Cornwall Council's decision-making regarding the future delivery model, governance arrangements, funding strategy, procurement approach and implementation roadmap for Langarth Garden Village
