Digital Safe Work, Track Access and Field Operations Platform for Rail

East Midlands Railway (EMR) (The Authority) intends to undertake Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to understand the availability of proven, rail ready digital solutions that support safe work processes, track access management, workflow coordination, and field operations within a regulated rail environment.

The purpose of this engagement is to assess whether the market can provide fully operational, assured, and already deployed solutions that can be implemented without the need for new development or bespoke build activity.
