Druid's Heath Estate Regeneration Scheme - Contract Uplifts

Birmingham City Council (the Council) awarded a contract procurement reference: P0540 - Druid's Heath Estate Regeneration Scheme - Contract Uplifts under the Framework agreement NHS Shared Business Services Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement (NHS SBS).

The Council has carried out a contract modification, and the modifications are:-

Reason for the variation:

To increase the contract value by £80,000 commencing 8th June 2026 to enable the continuity of support. The proposed change is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory change.
