Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority Mayoral Investment Fund Business Case and Appraisal Support

Cheshire West and Chester, on behalf of Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority is seeking to commission consultancy support to :

1. Create transparent approval criteria and methodology for use of Year One Mayoral Investment Fund to support decision making of the CWCA Investment Committee and Board to inform decision making for use of in Year One.
2. Prepare and write compliant Business Cases in line with the approved LAF and emerging consensus on the three programmes of work.
3. Provide an impartial recommendation report to the Investment Committee and s73 Officer in regard to the three broad programmes of activity and all component projects within each programme.
4. The CA may wish to extend the contract across the financial year for consultancy support relating to future use of MIF and business case development.
