TWFRA ('the Authority') is the publicly accountable body that oversees the policy and service delivery of Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service ('the Service') on behalf of the community. TWFRS is seeking a provider to deliver the SFJ Awards Level 5 Certificate in Fire Investigation, a nationally accredited qualification that develops advanced skills in fire and explosion investigation. The programme must enable TWFRS investigators to competently examine scenes, collect and analyse evidence, produce accurate reports, and present findings in legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with professional standards and enhancing organisational capability.
