EA-Services at the Former Redbeck Motel, Doncaster Road, Crofton-Vico Homes

Vico Homes ltd (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Employers Agent and Quantity surveyor Consultancy Services at The Former Redbeck Motel, Doncaster Road, Crofton.

The project will be developed using a development agreement. BWA will act as Employer's Agent/Quantity surveyor. The pre start design and planning condition discharge period will be between April and July (4 Months). The project will have a contract value of approximately £15,833,110.00 and to be constructed over 24 months.

The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-1 Employers agent services as per Client MEAT assessment.

The Contract will commence on 1st April 2026 with completion date on 31st July 2028.
