The Metropolitan Police Service are looking to purchase Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) software to conduct open source checks. The Open Source Analysis will need to conduct comprehensive and automated open-source searching for adverse activity over any time frame retained by the source, using identifying application information provided by users.
The requirement has been divided into three phases:
Phase 1.1 - MPS Professionalism
Phase 1.2 - Counter Terrorism Policing Head Quarters
Phase 2 - MPS Firearms Licencing
Phase 3 - MPS Intelligence
Implementation of phases and the associated volumes will be confirmed during the contract period. Phases 2 and 3 are not guaranteed.
The Contract Term will be for a period of 3 years with two x 12 months optional extensions.
