EBC KB Churchfields Recreation Ground – Consultation for Skate Park

Project requirements:

1.2.1 A diverse and even consultation (physical and / or digital) with the local community. The outputs of this consultation will be the following:

1.2.2 A report of the consultation results which will be made publicly available by the council

1.2.3 A proposal document of recommendations of how to use the space based on the consultation results. This will be made publicly available by the council.

1.2.4 A summarised version of the consultation results and proposal to be used in a procurement exercise.

1.2.5 To be considered, tenderers are expected to submit a thorough and concise bid response for this tender. In accordance with the Technical Specification document. Tenderers are invited to visit the site prior to submitting a detailed response to ensure they satisfy themselves with the site and requirements to be able to submit an innovative response that ensures compliance and value for money.
