EBCT 468 Retail Needs Study

Erewash Borough Council (EBC) have started work on a new Local Plan, which will be drawn up using the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) 2026. EBC are now looking for a contractor to prepare and present a Retail Needs Study to be used by the Planning Policy team to help contribute towards assessing the retail needs of the Borough for the new Local Plan. If needs are identified, the study is to inform on possible allocations or thresholds for town centre uses within or outside town and local centres that should be included in the plan.
