Any future commissioning process is expected to be undertaken in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, where applicable.<br/>Participation in this engagement exercise does not constitute a procurement process, and no contract will be awarded as a result of this notice. Additional information: This Prior Market Engagement exercise is being undertaken solely to inform future commissioning considerations and to improve the Authority's understanding of the market.<br/>The Authority welcomes responses from all suitably qualified providers capable of delivering community pharmacy services, including existing providers, independent pharmacies, pharmacy multiples, distance-selling pharmacies and other relevant organisations.<br/>The Authority reserves the right to determine the most appropriate commissioning approach following completion of the engagement exercise. Any future commissioning activity is anticipated to be conducted in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, where applicable.<br/>Participation in this engagement exercise is voluntary and will not confer any advantage, preference or guarantee of involvement in any subsequent commissioner-led process. |
