Description

The objective of this Procurement Process is to establish a framework for the supply of end-user computing (EUC) equipment and associated lifecycle services for Yorkshire Water under CM3550. The framework is intended to support the procurement and management of standard devices and peripherals, rugged devices, network hardware and asset recovery services.

The Contract Opportunity is expected to be structured across four lots: standard devices and peripherals; rugged devices; network hardware; and lifecycle management and asset recovery. The scope may include device and peripheral supply, fulfilment, support and maintenance, repair, reuse and redeployment, refurbishment, and the recovery, remarketing, recycling or secure disposal of end-of-life assets. The framework is intended to support consistent specifications and governance while enabling competition between suitable suppliers. Call-offs may be made by direct award or mini-competition, depending on the nature and complexity of the requirement.
