This notice continues on from the:
Qualifying Planned Procurement Notice (Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-068860) allowing BBB to reduce the timescales for this exercise.
Pre Market Engagement Notice (Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-068750)
The Bank intends to establish a multi-year, multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of engineering services.
As part of its ongoing technology transformation, including the expansion of its digital estate, the Bank requires timely and flexible access to specialist external resource across a range of technology, design and delivery disciplines.
The framework is structured into a number of Lots and will establish a panel of pre-qualified suppliers capable of delivering services across, but not limited to, the following areas:
Lot 1: Software Engineering and Applications Design
Lot 2: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Suppliers - AI, Automation and Intelligent Systems Design
Lot 3: Service Design
Lot 4: DevOps – Platform Engineering
Lot 5: Product Design and User Interface Design
Lot 6: Digital Services and Web Product Development
The framework is intended to provide the Bank with a compliant and efficient route to market for the call-off of services, enabling:
Rapid access to appropriately skilled resources
Supplementation of internal capacity and capability
Mitigation of delivery and programme risk
Acceleration of delivery across priority initiatives
The framework will also support the development of a diverse, scalable and resilient supplier base, capable of supporting both short-term delivery requirements and longer-term strategic transformation objectives.
