ESC GPN and GPS Boiler Replacement Project - EOI / Participation Stage

Orbital South Colleges / East Surrey College is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors for the replacement, upgrade or improvement of the existing boiler plant serving the Gatton Point North and Gatton Point South sites at East Surrey College.

This is a below-threshold competitive works procurement. This first stage is an EOI / participation shortlisting stage only. Full pricing, detailed technical proposals, detailed design drawings and site-specific RAMS are not required at this stage. The purpose of this stage is to assess supplier suitability to be invited to the formal tender stage.
