Description

Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver external financial support services. The requirement is intended to supplement internal finance capacity and provide access to specialist finance expertise across financial reporting, Board and Committee support, year-end accounts and audit, VAT and technical compliance, budgeting and forecasting, business process review and broader financial resilience support. The appointed supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with the Head of Corporate Services and relevant staff to provide a flexible, responsive and high-quality service that supports continuity, governance and effective financial management. The contract will operate on an as-required basis and QMS does not guarantee a minimum level of spend.
