Fire Damper, Inspection, Testing and Maintenance

The University of Cumbria are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and remedial works associated with fire and smoke dampers across the University estate for a 3 year period. The University operates a diverse portfolio of buildings including teaching, research, laboratory, residential, heritage, and high‑occupancy premises. The successful Contractor will work in live environments where business continuity, student safety, and statutory compliance are critical.
