The programme includes a combination of:

Light festivals / illuminated events

Outdoor arts activity

Public art commissions

Community co-creation projects

Participation workshops

Cross-artform creative engagement

Place-based cultural activity in towns / rural communities

The programme aims to increase cultural participation, strengthen pride in place, support artist development, improve wellbeing, and engage diverse audiences.

The contract will run from contract sign-off to 31st March 2027, with the potential to extend this for a further 1 year, should additional funding be forthcoming. The prices will be fixed until the expiry date.
