Description
Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) proposes to enter into contract for the supply and install new larger Fuel bulk storage tanks, pumps infrastructure and the council also wishes to seek the added option to install AdBlue bulk storage systems at the two operational sites in Andover and Romsey.
