Description
The purpose of this Contract Award is to appoint a Lead Architectural Consultant to work alongside specialist sub-consultants in Structural engineering and Mechanical & Electrical/drainage, to deliver a comprehensive RIBA Stage 1 Feasibility Study and capital cost estimate for the full replacement of the flat and pitched roofs at Stoke Newington Town Hall (SNTH).
