Garden Clearances & Fencing (short-term contract)

Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a short-term contract to APM Trees Limited, instructing them to carry out garden clearance works and install approximately 187 metres of rear garden fencing. The works are necessary and urgent following a fire. This contract has been established to make the affected areas safe, secure the site, and minimise further risks to residents and neighbouring properties.

This contract was procured as an internal direct award. Justification for this direct award has been evidenced. This procurement is below the relevant threshold (PA 2023). No standstill period applies.

Contract value is £53,340 (inc VAT).

Contract term is 16 September 2026 to 15 December 2026.
