GBC RFQ Parks Development works at Onchan Carlton Nottingham

The contract will be for the construction of an amenity green space suitable for general recreational use; converting a previous bowling green into a community amenity green space with full disability access and egress, safety improvements, improved footpath surfacing and the installation of outdoor gym equipment and seating.

Contract Duration: Approximately 4 weeks for completion of the construction elements, with an extended contract period of up to 2 months to allow for grass seed establishment, maintenance activities and the first two grass cuts. Timescales will be dependent on weather conditions and seasonal requirements.
