Description

Hywel Dda University health Board (HDUHB) is seeking to commission a forward-thinking and innovative partnerships wishing to provide general medical services in the Meddygfa’r Sarn area for the General Medical Services (GMS) or Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) Contract for Meddygfa’r Sarn.

The EMIS Web practice is currently managed by Hywel Dda University Health Board and provides services to approximately 4300 patients from a premises in Pontyates. One of eight practices in the Amman Gwendraeth Cluster, the community is served locally by Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli (8 miles) and Glangwilli General Hospital, Carmarthen (11 miles).
