Grounds and Sports Pitch Maintenance Services

Ferndown Town Council, as Sole Trustee to King George's Field Charity (the Charity) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the provision of grounds maintenance and sports pitch preparation and maintenance services.

The objective of this procurement is to appoint a contractor capable of delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable grounds maintenance across our estate whilst preparing and maintaining sports pitches to an appropriate standard for their intended use.

Recognising that maintenance methodologies vary between contractors, interested parties are invited to develop and submit their own recommended maintenance specification based upon their professional expertise, industry best practice, and site inspection.
