Description
To commission a research organisation to work in partnership with SSSC to deliver the annual ‘Have Your Say’ social service research (specifically a workforce survey and focus groups) and produce a report which will be published on our website.

Focus groups will be designed by the supplier with support from SSSC and should reflect the needs of distinct segments of the workforce including social workers, social care workers and children and young people’s workers. We require the supplier to produce the ‘Have Your Say’ report, incorporating feedback from us at key stages.. Further details are within the attached document.
