Hayle, Eventide - Development Agreement - CHL 334

Delivery of 19 affordable homes for Coastline Housing.

Hayle Eventide is being acquired as a package scheme under the Capital Funding Guide.

Coastline Housing Limited intends to enter into a tripartite Development Agreement with Gilbert & Goode Limited and Coastline Design & Build Limited in relation to the development of Hayle Eventide.

Under the agreement, Coastline Housing Limited will acquire the site and fund the initial stage of development up to achievement of the Golden Brick stage, including associated land acquisition and foundation works.

Following achievement of Golden Brick, Coastline Design & Build Limited will assume responsibility for the remaining development works through to Practical Completion in accordance with the terms of the tripartite Development Agreement.
