Description
As part of the evaluation of existing digital, online and virtual mental health services for children and young people in Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire Children and Young People's Mental Health System (CYPMHS) is running this premarket engagement session to understand the current marketplace. Providers are invited along to share their knowledge and expertise, including information about upcoming initiatives and developments in order to devise an indicative tender specification which will enable future provisions of this type.

This stage of the project allows the Council to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the options, technologies, methodologies and solutions available to deliver its outcomes. Furthermore, this process enables organisations to effectively plan for any potential forthcoming procurement. The Council will consider the input and responses received as part of this PME to help inform the Council's further decision making. Additional information: o Seeking expressions of interest and the option for organisations to attend an online group meeting to hear the Council's briefing/presentation. Organisations who feel that they may be able to deliver the outcomes outlined in Section 4 and any other organisations who would like to attend the group meeting please send your request to attend to Caren.Simmons@hertfordshire.gov.uk by 12 noon on 16th July 2026. Please note that attendance requests for the online event (which should be no more than two (2) representatives from each organisation) will last no longer than two (2) hours. o The PME online event will take place via Microsoft Teams from 10am to 11.30am on 21st July 2026. o If you are unable to attend the PME online event on the 21st July and have submitted responses to the questionnaire, the Council will be able to provide you with any summary or recording taken within 48 hours of the event taking place.
