Heywood Residential

Rochdale Borough Council (RBC) in partnership with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) are seeking to test the market on a proposed residential study in Heywood's Town Centre, following completion of a RIBA 1 feasibility study undertaken by appointed Architects Buttress. There are two options for the site, one looking to retain the existing road layout and the other looking to reconfigure the road layout. Please see the appendix for more details on the proposals.
