Hire of Event Infrastructure, Marquees & Equipment Service Solutions

Hull City Council (The Authority) has sought tenders from interested organisations to supply Event Infrastructure, Marquees & Equipment Service Solutions. The tender was initially an open procedure consisting of a one stage process, however as no suitable tenders were received through the competitive procedure, the option to direct award in accordance with Section 43 of the Procurement Act 2023 has been utilised. The contract is anticipated to commence 1 December 2026 ending by 30 November 2029 with an option to extend for a period of 1 year. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £210,000 per annum subject to requirements.
