Description

Wolverhampton Homes requires up to 3 providers to undertake a wide range of general building maintenance, electrical, roofing and adaptation works to voids (empty homes), tenanted homes and communal areas. Lots 1 and 2 will predominantly deliver planned/batched works, on a geographical basis. Lot 3 will cover the entire City and will predominately undertake 'responsive' works arising through tenant requests, including works under the scope of Awaab's Law, and Disrepair Claims, where works are subject to prescribed timescales.

Tenderers may submit Tenders for all Lots but may be awarded contracts for a maximum of 2 (two) Lots. In the interest of business continuity, the same Tenderer may not be awarded contracts for Lot 1 and 2.

Each Contract will be for 4 years, under the JCT Measured Term Contract.
